Individual Counseling
Virtual or in-person | 55 min
One hour to focus entirely on yourself. Not on what everyone else needs. Not on what you should be doing or feeling or figuring out. Just you, with space to breathe, slow down, express, explore, and say the things you've been carrying around without anywhere to put them.
When it's a good fit, EMDR may be woven into individual sessions to help process experiences that talk therapy alone hasn't fully resolved. This isn't required or automatic, it's something we'll decide together based on what you're working through.
My job is to keep you safe. Yours is just to show up and be you.
Intake session: 60 mins | $210
Standard session: 55 mins | $175
Extended session: 90 mins | $250
Couples Counseling
Virtual or in-person. For partners working through communication breakdowns, trust and repair after a rupture, or patterns that keep resurfacing. We'll slow things down enough to see what's actually happening between you, and build the skills to change it.
Intake session: 60 mins | $235
Standard session: 55 mins | $195
Extended session: 90 mins | $280
Adjunct EMDR
Virtual or in-person | Requires a release of information with your primary therapist.
Sometimes talk therapy hits a wall. You understand yourself, you know where your patterns come from, and still, something isn't moving. That's often a sign that something is stored deeper than words can reach.
Adjunct EMDR works alongside your existing therapy to target and process specific experiences that may be keeping you stuck. You stay with your primary therapist for the ongoing work, I come in to help clear what's blocking it.
Intake session: 60 mins | $210
Standard session: 55 mins | $175
Extended session: 90 mins | $250
EMDR Intensives
Virtual or in-person Requires a Preparation Session before scheduling for new clients.
If you've done EMDR before, you know the feeling of finally getting somewhere, and then having to stop.
Standard EMDR sessions are valuable, but an hour is a tight container for deep trauma processing. We spend time getting settled, getting into the work, and then just when something real starts to move, time's up.
EMDR intensives exist because some work deserves more room than that. A half or full day gives us uninterrupted time to go deep, stay there, and actually finish what we start.
This format isn't for everyone, and we'll figure out fit together during your Preparation Session. But for the right person, it can move mountains.
